fair isle fever

I've long been a fan of fair isle prints, so seeing them in stores and in magazines or fashion blogs lately, really makes me happy.

I remember my very first fair isle sweater...I was 14...it was light blue...sigh.

Now, I'm currently lusting (can I say lusting? desiring? needing? wanting? salivating?) over this adorable fair isle long wrap sweater from Old Navy.


Navy + Coral + stripes = one amazing sweater!

But the fair isle print isn't just found at Old Navy...it's all over the place from H&M to Brooks Brothers.

No longer is this pattern only appropriate for ski lodges... it's making it's way into the mainstream fashion market and taking the world by storm. Would you ever wear a fair isle print?
