Happy Friday!
It's been awhile...I mean, A LONG WHILE since I did any Disney fashion posts. A reader told me about this website yesterday and I was inspired to do more.
You see, before, I'd exhausted my list of Disney princesses, so I thought I was done.
But then, I realized that I could do outfits for non-human Disney characters too!
So, today, I give you my interpretation of a modern (human) Nala and a modern (human) Lady/Midge from Lady and the Tramp.

Nala by aprilanne147 featuring gold jewelry
A modern (human) Nala would always rock the neutrals with a pop of animal print. (faux, of course!) Lion print isn't too popular these days, so I went with a cheetah print. Gold accents and a lion statement ring tie the whole look together.

Lady by aprilanne147 featuring a long cardigan
Lady, or Midge as she's also known as in the movie, is one of my favorite Disney animals and one of my favorite animal-related Disney movies. (Lady & the Tramp) Lady rocks the neutrals as well (because fur doesn't come in quite the array of colors as synthetic fabrics do) but she accents her outfit with a mustard yellow cardigan and turquoise accessories. Oh, and the bag is from Italy. Which reminds me of my favorite "spaghetti scene" from the movie.
Well, what'd you think about me doing the Disney animal characters? Love it? Hate it? I'd love to hear from y'all! To see all of the Disney posts I've done click here.
Have a happy, happy weekend, friends!
