I am [blank] because

Hi there! I am a firm believer in keeping in touch with reality on my blog. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE blogging about happy stuff and fashion and style...but I also love to blog about REALITY. You know, how life really looks at the moment. I stumbled across this post on Beth's blog Dot in the City and it was originally posted here. It's a simple statement of how you're feeling at the moment and why you think that way.

So without further adieu...

I am weird because...
I have an unnatural fear of frogs.
I do "voices".
I talk FOR my dog.
I don't really eat vegetables that much.
I often end stories I'm telling by saying "the end".
I have to force myself from buying magazines.
I have unnaturally warm thighs. All the time. No joke.
I don't like wearing brown or orange.

I am a good friend because...
I don't bother my friends by calling them/texting them too much.
I'm a good listener.
I offer good advice. (at least, I think it's good advice)
It's easy to pick up where we left off when you see me.
I genuinely do care how people are doing.

I am a bad friend because...
I don't call people/catch up quite enough.
I often am too judgemental.
Sometimes I can't say NO.
I  ignore phone calls sometimes that I know will be long.

I am sad because...
The B and I are no more.

I am happy because...
I really like my new job.
I'm learning to love walking again.
I have a brand new iPhone!!
I have a reallly good book that I'm reading (True Believer by Nicholas Sparks).
I am healthy.
Hewitt is healthy.
I have an awesome roommate.

I am excited for...
Christmastime!!
Cooking and baking for coworkers for Christmas!
Wrapping gifts.
WILMA convention this weekend.
Making new work friends.
Having more craft time.
Having more freedom to explore Wilmington and do the things I want to do.
My company Christmas party. (DJ, buffet, open bar and lots of doorprizes!)
Finding an outfit for said party.
Sleeping in clean sheets tonight.

What about y'all? Why are you [blank] because?
