Instafriday

Today's post is a simple one.

It's a bit of a throwback to the old days of this blog. Like back when it was called something else. Remember Instafriday?

It's where I link up some of the Instagram photos I've taken over the past week or so with Jeannett over at Life Rearranged. Some call this Instafriday. But I like to call it a legitimate excuse to post selfies and photos of my dog. Po-tay-toe, po-tah-toe, you know?

One thing I love about Instagram is the ease in which I can use it to post outfit shots. Like this one. My fave lil pink Target dress. I loved it so much I bought another one. Oh, and I totally planned this outfit AROUND the shoes. The pinks actually matched in person, trust me. 

Commence dogstagram photos. This is Hewitt as neighborhood sheriff. He likes to use his snout to sniff out crime...or something.

And this is the Puss-in-Boots face that happens whenever I eat chocolate chip cookies. He's never had a cookie ever in his life but he must sense that his mom cherishes them. This is what greets me when I eat them.

And then there's old man Googly Eyes. He's got a slightly mad streak going on...probably due to the fact that I was eating fruit and not giving him any. His summer preferences have been watermelons and cantaloupe.

Speaking of summertime. One of my favorite things about it is fresh flowers and fresh veggies from the garden.

Okay, okay, I know. I don't EAT the fresh veggies so much...but I love to photograph them. And look at them. And give them away to people. So...yeah.
