it's beginning to look a lot like...

CHRISTMAS!!!! The tree is up. The lights are out. The gifts are wrapped. (well, the gifts I have so far) The music is on! All the signs point to Christmas.

I've been working on all kinds of Christmas crafts lately. Two of my favorites are my Merry Christmas bunting and my styrofoam ball garland.

The Merry Christmas bunting is exactly what it sounds like. Bunting made with scrapbook paper, card stock and ribbon. I got the idea from Kim from Acuppakim and Kim from Yellow songbird. (Please excuse these...um... unprofessional photos. These were done with the ol iPhone at night. :( )

The second Christmas craft is a cute little styrofoam ball garland. I got the styro balls at the craft store (already colored and sequined) and simply thread them onto embroidery floss with a tapestry needle. I love how it turned out. You can space them however you want.

Christmas crafts are such a great way to celebrate the start of the season of joy and hope. I'm linking up with Caroline's Christmas Craft Along with today's post.

Merry Christmas y'all!
