The color of this dress is called "Prom Pink". I guess something about this color just screams "prom" to Target's designers. Side note: I never went to prom. Is that weird? But don't be sad...I went to 3 military balls and I was a princess for one and a military ball queen for another. I always try to throw that in so I don't get the pity looks from people when I tell them I didn't go to prom. To be honest, it just wasn't my scene. Plus I didn't date in high school.
Whoa. Reign it in, April. Way too many secrets for one blog post. So, [waves hands] you didn't read anything. You and I were just musing over the interesting choice of dress color name. I love the cut of this dress. I'm not completely sold on how it looks (on me) but it sure is comfortable. So, it'll stay in my dress rotation. I may even pair it with some tights and boots whenever it decides to be fall. Which will probably be in December since it was 92 degrees today. Sigh.

I love this dress and your shoes. I think it looks wonderful on you. And no worries, I didn't go to the prom either.

ReplyDeleteFabulous outfit lady! I didn't go to either of my proms either.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress.
ReplyDeleteI went to my senior prom, skipped the sophomore dance and junior prom. I hate dressing up.
I didn't go to a prom, either! That's a pretty color, though, and a nice, classic style of dress!
