8 min Total Body Workout with no equipment (I should do this like 4 or 5 times, HAHA!) | The 10 minutes to tone arm workout | The 30 day arm fitness challenge (since my arms are my least favorite body part...I'm excited to start this! | These ballet/barre workouts (one, two, three) are awesome. I remember how toned and fit I was when I took ballet, so these look like they would be fun.
