2014: A Year in Review

As a lover of lists and bullet points, I've consolidated my year into little nuggets of info. I enjoy looking back at some of the high points over the last year and this is awesome to review year after year. (To read 2013 click here.)

• I turned 29!

February:

• I shared how to dress for a modern, casual job interview.
• We had a snow day!

March:

April:

• I got MARRIED!
• M and I went to Jamaica for our honeymoon.
• Hewitt shared his thoughts in a diary entry.

May:

• I posted about the difference between a cookout and a barbecue in the South. This is vital information if you plan on venturing into the South during the spring/summer.

June:

• I blogged about my "blended family" (my dog and my husband).
• I gave my fashion perspective on the World Cup uniforms.

July:

• I posted a little rant on some gender issues I felt strongly about.
• I visited Orlando, FL for a work trip.

August:

• I shared with you some of the things I'm obsessive-compulsive about.
• I attempted to make pulled pork in the crockpot and it turned out GREAT!

September:

• I shared about some things that give me FOMO.
• M & I went camping!

October:

• I ran another 5k and went to the SC state fair!
• I pledged not to shop on Thanksgiving...and got some interesting comments about it.

November:

• I shared an opinion on lateness that turned out to be more popular than I thought.

December:

• I shared about my life in high school.
• I recapped my Christmas holiday.
• I reviewed the books I read in 2014 and pledged to read more in 2015!
