Ah, Friday. Such a day of potential. Fridays are my favorite day of the week and what better way to celebrate it than with a Confessional Friday post?
I'm linking up with the sweet (and recovering) Leslie over at A Blonde Ambition for today's post.
Confession #1: They had Rainbow Chips Deluxe cookies on sale 2 for $4 at the grocery store this week. Good news for me. Bad news for my diet plan. Oh well...the sale was some sort of divine sign, right? I NEEDED those cookies.
Confession #2: I may or may not have flirted (a lot) with a boy who...urm...doesn't like girls. Sigh... all the good ones...
Confession #3: I love the warmer weather, for sure. What I don't like is when everyone decides to crank up the air conditioning and FREEZE ME OUT. Ugh.
Confession #4: The pollen has started to fall in my area. Ugh, I'm already dreading it because where I've moved to has 11157 times more pine trees (a major source of pollen) than where I moved from. Bring on the benadryl. Is it illegal to take Benadryl if I'm operating a motor vehicle? I'm tempted to walk around with a SARS mask.
Confession #5: I'm constantly moving back and forth between cutting my hair and leaving it long. Sigh...
Confession #6: Diet Dr. Pepper and Peanut Butter M&Ms are God's cure-all for anything. Seriously. SO good. That may have been my breakfast one morning. (hangs head in shame)
Well, I think that's about all for my confessions. I'm going to try posting again on Sunday, so make sure you come back and check it out!

Hey April! I found your blog on the confessional link up with Leslie! I totally feel you on the air conditioning problem - I don't know if I'm just wired differently or something, but unless it's 98 degrees outside, I don't care for cold air blasting on me. And ugh, the pollen. My car is already coated. So not ready for that yet. Hope you have a good weekend!

Thanks Jessica! Have a good weekend as well!
DeleteFound your blog through the Confessional Link up...
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that the warm weather is great. I've been waiting for so long. Oh, and don't feel bad about all the sweets. I'm in the same boat right now! Super cute blog!
HEH, sweets are my kryptonite. HAHAHA. Thanks for reading!
Delete#1: I bought some Chips Ahoy on sale last week too. They were supposed to be for the kids but I think my husband and I ate most of them. Oops.
ReplyDelete#3: It is not AC weather yet. Open the windows and turn on a fan, sure, but the AC is overkill. At least you can comfortably wear your beloved cardigans :)
#6: At least you ate breakfast, right?
Yay for a Sunday post! I'm looking forward to it.
YES! You're the reason I'm doing a Sunday post. Exciting!
DeleteAww, so sweet.
DeleteI just found your blog through Leslie's link-up! I'm follower #99.... only 1 more to go... woo hoo!!
ReplyDeleteYAY for being 99! Thanks for reading!
DeleteDropping by from Confessinal Friday! I completely agree that PB M&Ms could probably solve the world's problems... so so good!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I have super long hair, and I feel like I go back and forth about cutting mine off every other day! Why can't we have the best of both worlds? Haha :) I'm your newest follower!

Thanks so much for reading/following my blog! I hope you enjoy it!
DeleteOh, and yes, PB m&ms are basically the most perfect form of creation...pb center, chocolate outer portion and candy shell. Deliciousness.
Congrats on 100 followers!
ReplyDeleteHaha...your confessions are awesome!
ReplyDelete#1 Peanut butter m&ms are always my downfall. Always.
#2 You mentioning SARS masks cracked me up because I wrote a whole post once just about them (Think I'm kidding? I'm so not.)
